Shipping methods:

Delivery fee and time may vary depending on the area of the customer. Below are the delivery fees and estimated delivery time for each region:

Kuwait:

Delivery fee: 2 KD

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 Business days

GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman):

Delivery fee: Will be calculated uniquely for each customer based on products weight

Estimated delivery time: 5-7 Business days

International (excluding GCC country):

Delivery fee: Will be calculated uniquely for each customer based on products weight

Estimated delivery time: 7-10 Business days

Please note that orders placed after 12 PM (GMT+3) on Thursday will be dispatched for delivery on the Sunday of the following week. Kuwait official holidays, bank holidays, and international shipping destination holidays may cause delays in order deliveries.

Packaging and Gifts:

Orders will be packed with our exceptional packaging. Clothes will be wrapped in a paper layer for protection. Each order will come with an ILUSIO label which contains our Instagram account. The size of the packaging may vary depending on the amount of the product and size of each piece.

Gifts:

Customers will have the option to choose “Gift packaging” rather than the regular packaging. We offer an eye-catching metallic silver packaging with minimum price which customers can take advantage of to send gifts to their beloved ones.

Payments:

Customers can make a purchase by choosing the size and color, if applicable, and click on “Add to cart”. After adding all items to the shopping cart, customers can click on “Checkout” button to finalize their purchase. After clicking on “Checkout” customers will be directed to our checkout page where they will be required to enter some personal information such as name, phone number, email address, etc. After adding all necessary information, customers will be asked to enter the shipping and billing addresses for delivery purposes. The final page will be secure payment page where customers will choose their payment option and make the purchase. After placing the order, customers will receive a confirmation email through the email address they entered containing order information and a unique order number. This order number is important and shall be saved to easily track an order from our side and provide a smoother customer service.

Customers will be responsible for any additional fees applied by their card issuer, bank, or other payment institution during the processing of payment. In some cases, customers may be directed to their bank webpage where there will be extra security questions or passwords for security purposes by their bank. This page may be created by the bank to further ensure their clients’ payment security. For further information, please contact your bank directly.

Once payment has been received and your order is confirmed, your order will be automatically sent to ILUSIO for processing. Confirmation of your order means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Sale through ILUSIO online store. 

We care about the security of our customers and work hard to prevent any possible fraud. To ensure security and safety of our transactions, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction if necessary.

The prices on ILUSIO website will be in Kuwaiti Dinar. Customers may calculate the transition of Kuwaiti Dinar to their country’s currency. Sometimes the transition value will change depending on the stock market. ILUSIO is not responsible for any changes in price after the transition to the currency in your country. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products on www.ilusiokw.com on any day and at any time without prior notice. However, the prices that appear when a customer makes the purchase will be considered valid.

Any data registered by www.ilusiokw.com website will be used as a proof of transactions between ILUSIO and its customers. We have the right to use these data as a proof of transaction when needed.

Exchanges and Returns:

Customers may exchange their items purchased from www.ilusiokw.com within 3 days. Order confirmation must be provided in order to proceed with the exchange. The items to be exchanged must be in their original condition and their original accessories if applicable. Any damaged item will not be accepted for exchange. Products that are part of special occasion collections or limited edition collections are not subject to the Exchange and Return policy. For returns, customers will have the ability to return a product purchased from www.ilusiokw.com within 3 days. The item must be on its original condition with its original packaging. Customers will be refunded within 14 days maximum from the date the return request is approved. We will be responsible for the delivery fee for returning the item to the warehouse.

ILUSIO will make the return only to the original person who made the order. Moreover, return requests can only be made by the original person who made the purchase.

Any product ordered from www.ilusiokw.com which was customized cannot be exchanged or returned.

ILUSIO is not responsible if your wish to return any item that was lost or delivered late or had any issue with the shipping company. Customers may contact the shipping company directly in such cases.

Legal

At the end of the ordering process, you will be requested to click on “Place order” to confirm your purchase. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to ILUSIO for processing. Your order cannot be modified or cancelled except in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of ILUSIO. Confirmation of your order implies your acceptance of the whole Terms and Conditions of Sale. You will be sent an email with the details of your order.

Any data registered by the www.ilusiokw.com website will serve as proof of the transactions carried out between ILUSIO and its customers.

The sale of any product through ILUSIO Official online store is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. 

Orders to acquire ILUSIO products can only be made by natural persons and companies with no intention of resale. Any resale or distribution of ILUSIO products purchased from the www.ilusiokw.com website is strictly forbidden.

ILUSIO may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You carry the responsibility to read the updated version of our Terms and Conditions at the time of your order. To place an order through ILUSIO online store, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of placing the order.
